Pacific Domes recently sponsored a four-member golf team and donated the rental of a 20 ft. dome, valued at $4,100, for a local charity event. The 6th annual Open Hands Open Hearts Golf Tournament, which took place in Medford, Oregon, was organized by a prominent area hospital.

Proceeds were used to provide medical and financial support to a non-profit hospital in Papua, New Guinea where the population is struggling with an exploding HIV epidemic. The country is in much need of assistance due to its limited financial resources, and medical aid from foreign governments and individual donors continues to bring some relief for dealing with its health care challenges.
